Functional neuroimaging of the corneal nerves in vivo

Abstract

Study of corneal nerve function in living systems has been challenging and limited. Here, we demonstrate non-contact, longitudinal imaging of in vivo murine corneal nerve signaling and in vivo stimulus-response.
