Simultaneous recording of THz waveforms by multi-channel electro-optic detection

Abstract

We present a simple scheme for the capture of the waveform of freely propagating terahertz electromagnetic transients. The method uses electro-optic sampling in an arrangement with non- collinear terahertz and optical probe beams.
