Integrated Devices for Single Picosecond Pulse Measurements

Abstract

An autocorrelator has been developped as an X-ray monitor to measure the bunch length of the CERN synchrotron in Geneva [1]. An extented application is the temporal measurement of single laser pulses. Using the same technology, we are now developping an optoelectronic sampler.
