Unique curve crossing and vibrational wavepacket behavior of femtosecond heterogeneous electron transfer

Abstract

Femtosecond transient absorption signals of heterogeneous electron transfer show that the latter occurs with identical probability irrespective of the specific position of the vibrational wavepacket. These dynamics are very different from the molecular donor-acceptor pair.
