Investigation of phase change in Ge2Sb2Te5 films by coherent phonon spectroscopy

Abstract

The phase transition of the pseudo-binary GeTe-Sb2Te3 system is studied by coherent phonon spectroscopy. Distinct changes of the phonon spectra related to specific modifications of the crystallographic structure are observed.
