Diffractive optics based 2-color six wave mixing: heterodyne detection of the fifth-order Raman response of liquids

Abstract

Fifth-order response of CS2 is observed using phase contrast provided by a diffractive optic to generate two distinct phase matching geometries with a reference for heterodyne detection and passive phase stabilization of all six fields.
