Abstract

Time-resolved THz spectroscopy has been used to characterize the time-dependent photoconductivity in a variety of semiconductors, ranging from bulk GaAs to colloidal sintered TiO2. It has also been used to directly measure sub-picosecond intramolecular electron transfer.
