Abstract

Three-dimensional devices are fabricated using femtosecond pulses from an extended cavity oscillator. A 3-waveguide symmetric directional coupler, a micro-ring resonator and a device composed of two orthogonally oriented 2D devices are demonstrated and analyzed.
