Dephasing suppression of excitons in semiconductors

Abstract

The dephasing control of excitons was performed in GaSe by using successive three pulses, i.e., six-wave-mixing. By comparing the signal profile between four-wave-mixing and six-wave-mixing, the dephasing time is lengthened by an additional pulse irradiation.
