Abstract

We have demonstrated frequency-resolved optical gating (FROG) for measuring several-cycle 1.5-micron pulses using an angle-dithered-crystal geometry. We have also demonstrated experimentally very simple GRENOUILLE device for measuring few-hundred-fs 1.5-micron pulses using the nonlinear-optical crystal Proustite.
