Nature and Dynamics of the Excited States in Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes

Abstract

Using two-photon spectroscopy, we show that the optically excited states of semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes are excitons. Their dynamics are examined by time-resolved fluorescence measurements.
