Electron Transfer in Triarylmethane Lactones: From the sub-100 fs Regime to Solvent Control

Abstract

The electron transfer in triarylmethane lactones can be as fast as 50 fs exceeding the inertial solvation. Changing the character of the excited state switches to complete solvent control.
