Selective Excitation of Resonances in 2D Fourier Transform Optical Spectroscopy with Tailored Pulse Shapes

Abstract

Shaped pulses, with phase windows and double amplitudes, are tailored for specific resonances in 2D Fourier transform optical spectroscopy. Pulses, designed using Feynman pathway analysis, selectively enhance biexciton peaks in 2D spectra of quantum wells.
