Abstract

Equilibrium and transient 2D IR spectroscopies were used to measure spectral diffusion of the electronic ground and excited states of the photocatalyst Re(bpy)(CO)3Cl. The ground state spectral diffusion decays 3 times faster than the 3MLCT.
