Laser-Induced Plasma Dynamics Imaged by Femtosecond In-Line Holography

Abstract

The microplasma evolution in 30nm Au-foils driven by 800nm pump pulses is imaged via in-line holography using delayed 400nm probe pulses. Time-resolved optical properties are extracted via numerical inversion of scattering images.
