Attosecond control of electron emission from atoms and the relative phase of even and odd harmonics in an Attosecond Pulse Train

Abstract

We demonstrate that electron emission from atoms can be controlled on an attosecond time scale, and that such emission provides information on the phase of consecutive odd and even harmonics in the attosecond pulse train.
