Novel Techniques for Nonresonant Background Removal in Multiplex Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Spectroscopy Spectra

Abstract

Nonresonant background is removed from multiplex CARS spectra using experimental and analytical methods independently and jointly to identify frequency dependent resonant spectra without a priori knowledge of the analyte or the surrounding matrix.
