Integral Representation of Weak-Field Asymptotic Theory using Density Functional Orbitals and Potentials for an Efficient and Qualitatively Accurate Calculation of Angle Dependent Ionization Rate

Abstract

We explore the implementation of weak field asymptotic theory using orbitals and potentials calculated via Density Functional Theory. This provides a way to calculate strong field ionization rates by assuming that the field is constant.
