Terahertz light-induced nonlinear coupling between distinct magnon modes in a canted antiferromagnet

Abstract

Identifying the signature of couplings has been elusive in conventional spectroscopies. Here, we discover the fingerprints of correlation between two distinct magnons in an antiferromagnet, as evidenced by off-diagonal peaks in the two-dimensional terahertz spectroscopy.
