Wavefront aberration measurement before and after INTACS for the correction of low myopia

Abstract

Wavefronts were measured with a Hartmann-Shack-Wavefront sensor in patients undergoing surgical correction for myopia by the INTACS procedure. In this procedure, intracomeal ring segments are placed inside the corneal stroma. Measurements showed aberration reduction.
