Dynamical decoupling induced renormalization of the non-Markovian dynamics

Abstract

We develop a framework to study the dynamics of a system under dynamical decoupling. We investigate several scenarios and assess the efficiency. We find that the efficiency critically depends on the spectral density of the bath and the envelope of the decoupling pulses.
