A DNA Sensitive Biosensor in Weak Acid Condition based on Graphene Functional Taper Interferometer

Abstract

A high sensitivity biosensor in weak acid environment based on graphene coated taper interferometer is presented. The biosensor demonstrates improved DNA concentration sensitivity of 0.84 nm/log M and lower detection limit of 1 pM.
