Dielectric metasurface narrowband filter array

Abstract

A planar narrowband optical filter array covering wide operation wavelengths of ∆λ/λc = 16% is reported. Dielectric metasurfaces are employed as phase shifting elements inside vertical DBR-based micro-cavities to vary their resonances and realize different narrowband filters.
