Adaptively Scanned Compressive Multiphoton Microscopy

Abstract

A depth sectioning, compressive multiphoton microscope based on spatio-temporal focusing of spatially patterned fs-laser pulses is demonstrated. Rapid adaptive spatial sampling is used to achieve random access imaging across a wide field of view.
