Holographic Interferometry Monitoring of Hyperthermal and Photochemical Reactions with Human Hemoglobin

Heat and photochemical reactions with human hemoglobin were monitored by holography interference method. The method has successfully facilitated monitoring the reactions in real time video regime. Protoporphyrin IX and Rhodamine were exploited as photosensitizers.
