On p. 2138 of Ref. 1, in the 33rd line in the left hand column, the conversion efficiency should be $7.7\times {10}^{-8}\%{\mathrm{W}}^{-1}$ instead of $7.7\times {10}^{-1}\%{\mathrm{W}}^{-1}$. The last sentence of the paragraph should therefore be:

“Conversion efficiency depends on the encoded information, e.g., for an Airy beam [19] in a 0.5 mm thick crystal, it is expected to be $7.7\times {10}^{-8}\%{\mathrm{W}}^{-1}$.”
