Multi-agent fluorescence imaging for quantitative assessment of tumor biomarkers

Quantitative molecular imaging of tumor biomarkers in vivo remains elusive due to the confounding effects of non-specific uptake. A multi-agent fluorescence tomography approach enables receptor concentration estimation in vivo, facilitating the study of drug-receptor interactions.
