Time Lapse Image Stretch Measurements to Obtain Atmospheric Refractivity Duct Model Parameters

Abstract

Low cost time lapse imaging system is used to obtain diurnal towering of a near horizon target. Atmospheric refractivity profile is achieved combining Webster duct model and our previous work to transform time lapse data.
