Abstract
A simple grid of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) allows for simultaneous measurement of several characteristics of atmospheric turbulence. With this device, an imaging sensor and the model of tilt anisoplanatism one can determine: turbulence strength, anisotropy, outer scale, transverse wind speed and spectral slope of possibly non-Kolmogorov turbulence.
