Holographic Modal Wavefront Sensor Performance in Imaging Systems with Annular Pupils

Abstract

We analyzed the performance of holographic modal wavefront sensor in imaging systems with annular pupils. Comparison of wavefront sensing error by using both integral intensity and weighted average intensity for the reconstructed spots is given.
