The Path to Fried’s parameter ρ0

Abstract

Fried’s parameter ρ0 was the theoretical formulation of previous results, also derived from different authors, on the laser radiation deterioration, due to atmospheric turbulence, and its consequences on systems using it. Here, results of two such groups are presented.
