Abstract

A protocol for Quantum-Key-Distribution over long links in realistic conditions including daylight exploiting strong-atmospheric-turbulence is studied. The secret-key-generation occurs in a selected fraction of the link duration, even when the average-conditions are below secure-communication limits.
