Deterministic and random beam propagation in anisotropic turbulence

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Recent results on light generated by laser and random sources and propagating in anisotropic turbulence are presented. We examine changes in beam spread, and its states of coherence and polarization for different levels of anisotropy.
