Bandwidth Measurement of Wideband Infrared Detectors

Abstract

A technique for measuring the bandwidth of an ir detector whose frequency response is broader than the fluorescent line widths of laser transistors in the spectral range of interest is described. The technique has been demonstrated in the 10-μ region.
