Sloped-Rim Open Resonators

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

A theoretical investigation of a sloped-rim open resonator is described, which neglects the diffraction effects due to the finiteness of the rim size. A comparison is made with the results obtained by numerically solving the integral equation associated with the open resonator. The agreement is good, so the theory developed here can be used for a first insight into the behavior of sloped-rim open resonators.
