Abstract

A method of holographic formation useful for multiplication of holographic images is presented. The problem is solved by the use of a multibeam reference field. This method is different from the multiplication methods already discussed in the literature. The proposed method allows the multiplication of images of special objects and the distribution of multiplied images in different planes.
