Abstract
A three-dimensional (3D) perovskite ${\rm{ZnTi}}{{\rm{O}}_3}/{\rm{Ag}}$ nanoparticles (NPs) surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate with ultra-sensitivity and high homogeneity is designed and prepared in this paper. The lowest detectable concentration for rhodamine (R6G) dye is down to ${{1}}{{{0}}^{- 12}}\;{\rm{M}}$. In addition, the proposed substrate is demonstrated with good photocatalytic activity. The electromagnetic enhancement mechanism induced by the Ag NPs, chemical enhancement mechanism brought by ${\rm{ZnTi}}{{\rm{O}}_3}$, and the 3D structure jointly endow the substrate with good SERS performance, which has been demonstrated experimentally and theoretically. Our work indicates that perovskite materials show extensive application prospect in SERS and photocatalysis.
