Photomicrographic Microscope for Both Micro and Macro Application

Abstract

A simple instrument is described for microscopic and macroscopic photographic recording of tissue preparations. It admits preparations up to 4×4 in. and allows magnification up to about 2600× by easy interchange of components. The instrument also serves as a precision enlarger of 8–35 mm transparencies to 8×10-in. images.
