Reflectance Spectra of the Copper-Bismuth Alloy System

Abstract

The spectra of the copper-bismuth alloy system have been investigated in the spectral region 0.3–24 μ. The spectra are discussed in terms of the band structure of the metals, the occurrence of surface films, and solidification processes.
