Abstract

A dichroic film of unlimited aperture which polarizes radiation efficiently over the 260–800 mμ spectral range is described. The film is prepared by special treatment of the conventional polvinyl alcohol-iodine type polarizer. Spectral curves on its dichroic properties are included.
