Evaporated films of arsenic trisulfide: Dependence of optical properties on light exposure and heat cycling

Abstract

The optical storage effect in evaporated films of arsenic trisulfide (As2S3) has been investigated. Optical measurements on many films have permitted the optical constants to be determined over a broad spectral range. The optical constants have been expressed in terms of a physical model of the optical storage effect.
