Abstract

The temperature dependence, in the range 100–300 K, of the far-infrared complex dielectric response of KTaO3 is reported from measurements using dispersive Fourier transform spectroscopy and is used to calculate the frequency dependence of the mode anharmonic self-energy for a restricted frequency range.
