Coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy: spectra of water vapor in flames

Abstract

The coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) spectrum of water vapor in flames is reported. Experimentally scanned CARS spectra display excellent agreement with computer-synthesized CARS signatures.
