Abstract

An erratum is presented to acknowledge a reference omitted from the original paper.

The subject paper [1] omitted a reference from Dorrer and Walmsley [2] detailing a similar delay measurement. We were not aware of [2] at the time of the publication of [1], and regret this omission.
