The referenced article [Opt. Express 25, A896 (2017)] has been retracted.

The article [1] has been retracted as the request of the authors because the experimental data are inaccurate in Figs. 2-4 and the Allan variances of Fig. 6 are incorrect. These inaccuracies were detected when the method described in the paper was applied to conventional instrumentation; therefore the authors now believe the findings in the paper are unreliable.

The original article was published 06 September 2017, and was retracted on 15 May 2019.
