In Section 3.1.1, 11th line from the bottom of p. 10010, V(x) should be written as V(x)=[exp(k22μT4σT2)1](E(x)+1)2.

In Section 3.2.3, second full paragraph on p. 10016, distributions of B1(L) and ΔT omit the effect of the k 2 coefficient. It should be written that B1(L)~N(k2μy1,k22μy4σy2) and ΔT~N(k2μy1μTc,k22μy4σy2+σTc2).

In Section 5, 4th line from the bottom of p. 10025, “…appear in emission mode…” should be written as “…appear in absorption mode…”.

In Appendix A, scaling property of lognormal distributions, 1st line of p. 10029, mean parameter c+μ should be written as lnc+μ.

In Appendix C, p. 10032, expression for V(z) should be written as V(z)=E(z2)E(z)2.
