Open Access Open Access

Abstract

This erratum clarifies an accidental omission of a citation.

© 2018 Optical Society of America under the terms of the OSA Open Access Publishing Agreement

A citation to a relevant article [1] was accidentally omitted in the submitted version of our paper [2]. This omission may have caused confusion by appearing to suggest our paper was claiming development of methods which were originally reported by Tsekenis et al [1]. We sincerely apologize to the authors of this omitted article.
