Open Access Open Access

Abstract

An erratum is presented to correct equation (8) in [Opt. Express 25(23), 28710 (2017). [CrossRef]  ].

Erratum

We have recognized a typographical error of equation (8) in Ref. [1], which should possess the following form:

$$E=V_{\textrm{I}}W_{\textrm{I}}(\lambda_{\textrm{I}})+V_{\textrm{II}}W_{\textrm{II}}(\lambda_{\textrm{II}},\widetilde{D})-\Phi Q,$$
where $Q$ is the total charge on the electrodes deposited on the electroactive membrane II, $\widetilde{D}$ denote the electric displacement, $\Phi$ is the power voltage, and $V_{\textrm {I}}$, $V_{\textrm {II}}$ are the volumes of the two membranes, respectively. We apologize for the typographical error and emphasize that none of the results are affected by this typographical error.
