Submicron focusing of high-energy X-rays with silicon saw-tooth refractive lenses – fabrication and aberrations: errata

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Three (3) items of errata are submitted for our recently published paper [Opt. Express 28, 36505 (2020) [CrossRef]  ]. One is a clarifying extension to the Fig. 3 caption. Two are typographical corrections. The scientific results and conclusions are unaffected.

Errata

The corrections to our paper [1] are the following:

  • • The last sentence of the Fig. 3 caption is extended by a clarifying phrase, so that it reads in full: “Curve C is for a lens corrected for the length aberration, as proposed in Sec. 6, and is shifted down by $0.5\,\mu$m for clarity.”
  • • The Section 1 heading is misspelled, and should be Introduction.
  • • On p. 36509, missing punctuation should be inserted to read “$\ldots$ Fermat’s principle $\ldots$”.
