Abstract
The ZEISS LSM-510 laser scanning microscope was modified; as a result, a system for recording digital holograms in the scanning mode of the microscope was obtained. The features of the reconstruction of recorded holograms are considered both theoretically and by simulation. Phase distortion impact is investigated. Algorithm and MatLab code for reconstruction of holograms was created allowing correct restoration both intensity and phase of the object wave.
